AutoDeal Online Reservation
The AutoDeal Online Reservation feature enables car buyers to reserve their vehicle of choice from AutoDeal’s large volume of partner dealers across the Philippines. By using the online reservation feature, you can reserve your desired vehicle and begin the purchase transaction from the comfort of your own home or office.
The online reservation is deductible from the final balance of your vehicle and is valid for a thirty (30) day period. Final payments may be transacted remotely or in person with our partner dealership through cash/check payment or auto loan.

Fill out the contact information, indicate a dealer and select your vehicle variant and color of choice.
Make Payment
Complete the online reservation payment using one of our various payment gateways.
Dealer Notified
Our partner dealer will be notified of your payment, and will provide details on how to complete your purchase.
Reservation Details
- Browse through our vehicles in our car guide or car promos and select the ‘Buy Online’ button, this will take you through to the online reservation form.
- Select the make, model, variant, your top 3 preferred colors and the dealership you wish to transact with.
- Enter your contact information, so that your reservation payment and your personal details are provided to the chosen dealer partner of AutoDeal.
- Make an online payment with any of our selected partners such as PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, GCash, Grabpay and online bank transfer.

- Once your payment has been made, our partner dealer will be immediately notified, and will have a digital record of your reservation. They will then communicate with you via your preferred method of communication to walk you through the next stages of the purchase journey.

Reservation Validity
Reservation payments are valid for up to thirty (30) days. This means that you must be in the process of completing your transaction before this window expires. Reservations that remain inactive after thirty (30) days will be subject to being canceled. If you have made a reservation through a promotion and down payment was not made before the promo expiry date, then discounts and special financing may be subject to change. In either of the above cases you can claim a refund.

- Are there special perks for reserving online?

Yes, perks vary on a dealer-to-dealer basis; often depending on the size of your reservation payment. More information on available perks is provided when you select ‘Reserve Now’.
- Is my reservation payment deductible?

Yes, your reservation fee will be deducted from the final price of your vehicle when you complete the transaction at our partner dealer.
- How long is my reservation valid for?

- Why is there a 30 day valid time period?

A reservation fee helps you to take that vehicle off the market and 'reserve' it. A dealer cannot indefinitely hold this reservation, which is why there is an expiry. It also indicates to the dealer that you are serious and ready to buy now and enables the dealer to prioritize your reservation request. Vehicle availability and the financials can regularly change beyond a 30 day period.
- Are there any additional fees or charges from AutoDeal?

No. This is a free service to consumers from AutoDeal.
- What methods of payment can I choose to complete my transaction?

You may complete your transaction through either cash/cheque or auto loan.
- Does a reservation payment guarantee me for an auto loan?

No. A reservation fee does not immediately guarantee you for an auto loan. You may apply for an auto loan via your preferred bank of choice or our partner dealer can help assist you with your application.
- Can I transfer my reservation payment to another dealer?

No. Reservation payments are non-transferable. If you wish to cancel your reservation at one dealer and apply at another; you will need to make another reservation payment and request for a refund on your original payment.
- Will I definitely get the variant and color that I reserve online?

The majority of the time you will get the variant and one of the three preferred colors you chose, but there are occasions when the dealer will be out of stock for the variant or color that you reserved, so at that point a dealer will offer you the units currently in stock, or provide the timeline on when the particular unit will be available. If neither of those options work for you then you can easily claim a refund.
