The Ram 1500 line came into the Philippine market in 2021 with the launch of the Ram Rebel 1500. This version of the Ram 1500 is equipped with a 5.7-liter V8 HEMI engine capable of up to 395hp at 5,600 rpm and 556Nm of torque at 3,950 rpm mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. At launch, the Ram 1500 Rebel came with a price tag of P4,090,000.

The Ram 1500 is built on a ladder-frame chassis for rigidity and extra carrying capacity. Under the hood, the 1500 is powered by a 5.7-liter V8 Hemi engine mated to an eight-speed automatic 845RE Transmission, this powertrain provides 395 hp and 557 Nm of torque. Combined with a frame that is constructed with high-strength steel, the Ram 1500 has a 5,121 kg towing capacity and up to 834 kg of payload capacity.

Stopping power comes from a set of ventilated disc brakes on all four corners, housed inside 18-inch gloss black wheels wrapped in chunky 275/70 series All-Terrain tires. Unique to the 1500 Rebel is the inclusion of performance-tuned shock absorbers, four-wheel drive with an electronic Shift-On-The-Fly transfer case, and four skid plates protecting vital components for when you take it off-road.

The all-American Ram 1500 does not only have an immense amount of power going for it but it’s also filled with tech features for entertainment and safety.

For starters, the Ram 1500 is equipped with a 12-inch touchscreen display that has Android Auto and Apple Carplay connectivity. Paired with this infotainment screen is an equally large 12-inch digital gauge cluster for the driver. Other features include a 19-speaker Harman Kardon Premium Sound System, ParkSense Rear Park Assist System, Forward Collision Warning, ParkView Rear Back-Up Camera, Remote Keyless Entry, Tire Fill Alert, Remote Start System, and eight-way power adjust seats for the driver and front passenger.

The Ram 1500 exudes a commanding presence on the road, with a bold and muscular design that hints at its impressive capabilities. At the front, it features a distinctive grille with the Ram logo prominently displayed, flanked by sleek LED headlights that provide excellent visibility in all conditions.
