Information Collected

AutoDeal, MotoDeal and TruckDeal collect and use the following information depending on the circumstances and the services we are providing:

1. Identification details and contact information which may include:
   1. First and last name
   2. Email address
   3. mobile phone number
   4. location (city, region)
   These will need to be provided if you request for a test drive, inquire for promos or request a quotation for a new and used vehicle and shall be passed to the relevant dealership. Such sharing of data shall solely be for the purpose of allowing the Group Companies to offer their services/products to you if, in our opinion, you may be interested in such services and products. Each request form clearly indicates that you are giving authorization for your details to be passed to the relevant dealer or other party for them to contact you and action your request.
2. Email address and passwords to create an account.
3. Any personal information you choose and/or consent to submit when you use other communication channels, including, but not limited to information in the queries you enter or provide into our official social media accounts, phone conversations and emails.
4. Required Auto Loan Application Data from the Borrower and Co-Maker which may include:
   • Name
   • Contact Information
   • Date of Birth
   • Address & Home Ownership
   • Nationality & Permanent Residency
   • Disclosure of Employment, Income and Financial Reference Information
   • Submission of Digital Copies of References including Government-Issued Identification
5. Required information from the Used Car seller which may include:
   • Name
   • Mobile Number
   • Digital Copies of Official Receipt and Car Registration
   • Actual vehicle photos
6. Required Car Insurance Data from the Car owner which may include:
   • Name
   • Contact Information
   • Date of Birth
   • Gender
   • Actual vehicle photos
   • Submission of Digital Copies of:
     • Government-Issued Identification
     • Official Receipt or Car Registration
     • Deed of Sale
7. IP address of the computer or device which is used to access our Website
8. When you use third-party sign-in options, such as Facebook, Apple or Google, to access our services, we may collect and store information provided by these platforms.
   • a.If you log-in via Facebook, this may automatically give us access to your limited personal details (including your account ID and email address) in order to verify if you are logged in with their site.
   • b.If you choose to log in using Google, we will collect the following information from your Google account: Google ID, name, email address, profile picture, and the email verification status.
   • c.If you opt to log in using Apple, we collect and use the following information from your Apple account: Apple ID, name, email address, and email verification status.
9. Information obtained as a result of your use of our Website such as geo-locations and unique device identifiers
10. Any personal information that you disclose to the Dealer with whom you communicate using your AutoDeal account in form of messages and attachments.
11. Payment details which may include bank account and credit card details. We use third party payment providers to manage online payment transactions. Payment card information is used solely to process payment for your car listing or new car reservation. We retain no record of your payment card details. Payment information is collected over a secure online payment gateway provided by:

12. We employ the use of cookies and pixel tags which are placed by our web servers in order to deliver customized content and better service to our users. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information and include expiration dates. You may delete and block all or some cookies from the Website. However, if you use your browser settings to block all cookies (including essential cookies) you may not be able to access all content and services on our Website.
13. We employ the use of Google advertising cookies and anonymous identifiers for purposes of tracking interests, topics and remarketing. We will not facilitate the merging of personally-identifiable information with non-personally identifiable information collected through any Google advertising product or feature without robust prior notice, opt-in and consent of the merger. Also to send marketing emails related to vehicle buying or services initiated either by us or third party/partners which we believe may be of interest to you. We respect the privacy of all of our users and offer an unsubscription service in all of these communications or request removal from the e-mail list by sending an e-mail to data-privacy@autodeal.com.ph.
4. To respond to an inquiry or provide our services, products or assistance that you request from us or from dealers and service providers.
5. To verify your identity and/or other information you’ve provided to us.
6. To facilitate account creation, manage your login process, and personalize your user experience using information from third-party sign ins.
7. To verify if purchase has been made and assist with car ownership e.g servicing and insurance
8. To review and verify your submitted used car listing details for publishing on website.
9. To refer and submit your car loan applications to our bank partners and other financing companies for assessment.
10. To submit your auto insurance coverage details, vehicle registration and ownership references, and vehicle images for verification, evaluation, and policy issuance
11. To provide and administer the Website and related services and manage internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, and statistical purposes.
12. To conduct studies and researches for the purpose of reviewing, developing and improving our products and services.
13. To process payments for the requested service or product, where applicable.
14. Generate an overall audience profile of visitors using the Website. We use anonymized information to assist us in developing relevant content on the Website.
15. Provide a user friendly online search experience. This includes the use of website analytics tools

When you submit your e-mail address and/or mobile number to a particular seller/dealer/bank/financing company/insurance provider through the site, you agree and expressly consent to being contacted by the seller/dealer/bank/financing company/insurance provider by various means, including by phone at the number provided, text message or email.

Disclosure

Information will be used and distributed to partner dealers, financial partners, insurance providers, and other third-party partners of the company in accordance with your vehicle buying, selling, or insurance requests when using the website. Under no circumstance will your information be shared with parties unrelated to your buying, selling, or insurance request.

Third parties whose products or services are featured on our website and provide you with a web quotation for the product and/or service requested by you.
