Marnelli was my sales agent in Mazda Makati. She was extremely efficient and customer oriented. She responds in a timely manner and i like that she has solutions to all problems encountered.

She works even on holidays and on weekends. If she is unable to take your call - she will still answer the call and let you know politely.

Dealing with her was a breeze.

I tried contacting mazda greenhills initially but since they weren't that accommodating, i decided to contact Mazda Makati and i'm glad i did!

This is our first car purchase and Ms. Marnelle has been very accomodating and helpful. As a first-time buyer, we had lots of questions and she answered everything clearly. Communication was not a problem, as she almost all the time replies in an instant.

We had a bit of a problem with communicating with our bank, and Ms. Marnelle even offered help by connecting us to her network. She has been very patient handling the circumstances between us and our bank.

We were affected by COVID hence we cannot go to Mazda Makati to sign the dealer documents. But Ms. Marnelle chose to go here at home to hand over the documents.

Overall, it was a great experience with Ms. Marnelle. Not bad for a first- time buyer.

Ms. Marnelle is very helpful and professional from inquiry to delivery. She is transparent in every transaction (eg, status of application, when the unit arrives) - no false hopes! Her timing on follow ups is just right and not overwhelming. she responds in a timely manner and knows when to send a message or call.

One thing that sets her apart in all my inquiries through Autodeal is that she sent a formal quotation right away and graciously sent an updated one when I asked for one. Mazda Makati is the place to be, and look for Ms. Marnelli.

She's very professional from the day we sent our inquiry until the branch released our unit. She has shown thorough technical knowledge of the cars and had the patience to engage with us in person or online. Satisfied customer here. 10/10, we would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Mazda cars may be premium by themselves, but Ms. Marnelli puts the premium customer service on top. She's very professional, very easy to talk/coordinate with, and goes out of her way to accommodate all my needs, questions, and requests; sometimes even before I had the chance to ask/inquire about it.

All my transactions prior to car releasing were done remotely/online but I never felt ignored or that I have to scramble just to get responses. I definitely recommend 10/10, our next Mazda car will definitely be through her again.

I'm a newbee like not you'll expect the 'kulit' factor and naivety to each question and process...but those questions those anxious moments have been pacified and addressed by Ms Marnelli from Mazda Makati. She was indeed an asset of Mazda dealership in Makati. All her clients feedback and now including my review of her being the best in customer care assistance given her knowledge, patience and promptness in response are true and valid. She even goes beyond her working time (given i work on mid to gy shift) she's there to respond to my queries. She will not give you false hopes but will explain in case anything changes from your intial plan. She'll give you options without any pressure in making abrupt response that could mislead you and you'll end up to a wrong decision.. She's in sales yes because that's their work to sell the car and help you decide what fits you, but one thing that sets her apart is that she does it with genuine care. She doesnt do it with personal interest to only sell regardless of the impact to end consumer but she does it with a heart, thus, it shows her compassion in true customer care something that you'll not often find specially on sales area.

I had an excellent experience with Alex. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently answering all our questions about the car and guiding us seamlessly through the entire process until we drove off with our new car. Her suggestion of choosing machine gray turned out to be a perfect advise given the original color that we wanted was not available in the country.

Overall, her level of service and assistance was top-notch. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a car, go for Mazda. You'll get 5 stars in every aspect. The unit itself is unmatched to other sedans. It is a premium brand and driving it feels luxurious.
