If I didn't know that Paolo was connected with Nissan, I would have thought that he was a rep of a major bank -- he finds ways – and not an exaggeration. He's like the old friend that just wants to help you reach a goal. God knows the many daunting obstacles I faced trying to get the Kicks. Paolo not only guided me through everything but actually and literally went with me and my wife in securing the auto loan, opening accounts - the whole nine yards.

This is on top of the fact that Paolo gave me the best quotation from a field of offers I received. To top it off, he even gave me tips to secure additional discounts.

Ms. Erica is very responsive to any concerns or inquiries I have. She is very nice and would do the extra mile effort to assist us. From bank financing inquiries to SPA etc. As an OFW it is very difficult to manage time and document work, but because of her superb customer service, everything was so smooth. And whenever there are instances that need to be rechecked or done, she is like a superwoman putting things back on track.
