Our first car loan experience was like a roller coaster ride. But, thanks to our hardworking, very patient, understanding and responsive sales agent, he made our first car purchase easier. Hehe.

He patiently waited for 2 months after our car loan was approved by EWB. He was very understanding and gave us the time that we needed before deciding to finally get the car. He was very courteous, responsive and flexible with our requests ( minsan kahit change color ng car, upgrade ng unit, color ng tint. No reklamo heard from him. ) He never failed to answer my calls even though its his day off or kahit na its already late.

I would definitely recommend Frej sa mga friends ko who are planning to buy new car. Kudos sa Good Job Frej. till next time!

Her willingness to entertain all my questions in fact, was instrumental in my decision to finalize to stick with your branch in purchasing my Suzuki Vitara without even asking and venturing other offers from other Cebu branches.
