What a rollercoaster ride! My car was fully submerged in flood waters last Wednesday. Contacted James yesterday and received a response almost instantaneously. James was very accommodating and quick to respond. Hope Ford Pampanga could assign better people to explain my car's features, my insurance policy, etc. The young lady assigned to explain to me sadly did not know too much about the truck's features. That area, I think needs improvement.
