After a long time of communication, I was by the time of our 1st contact in Germany, did Charm arrange everything for us. She even pulled our preferred color Arctic White out of the head. We visited the dealership the very next day after our arrival from Germany and the car, Everest Limited, was ready and waiting for us. Paperwork and handover in a record breaking time of one day. We took the car out for a spin and it felt great. We are going home to La Union tomorrow and I can’t wait to take a drive for several hours in an exiting car.

Erikas was thorough, and highly informative from the day we exchanged messages. I have contacted several agents from different dealerships before her, and I found her to be the standout. She is honest and transparent with her dealings and never runs short of communication. Although we waited a little longer than we normally expected, after learning things about limited allocations, especially for high variant vehicles, I realized the wait was quite normal. However, Erika along her team made it all possible when least expected. They also gave us a total surprise, instead of giving us the 2023 model that we originally signed up for, I guess with unwavering convincing on her part and approval from her seniors, they were able to hand us with 2024 model. Such initiative simply gave us an overwhelming amazement and made the wait all worth it.
