As a first-time car buyer, I found him very patient in walking me through the whole deal. Although there were some hiccups in the release, he worked quickly to correct them. He showed a great sense of responsibility and accountability, which I really appreciated.

It's quite a long journey (about 3 months :D ) chasing for an elusive 2023 Honda HRV RS model but in the end it's worth the wait because Ma'am Meg our sales agent from Honda Quezon City with her tenacity provides all the needed information and support along the way. James was very accommodating and quick to respond. Hope Ford Pampanga could assign better people to explain my car's features, my insurance policy, etc. The young lady assigned to explain to me sadly did not know too much about the truck's features. That area, I think needs improvement.
