Excellent service, reserved a few weeks earlier and we asked if a unit is available before my father leave for abroad so he can still use it before leaving. They manage to deliver even with limited units, and my father was able to enjoy his dream car even for a short while. 10/10 would buy again.

Martin is a very warm, easy to work with and very very very accomodating!!! I'm a new driver & Mazda 3 is my first car..

Being a new car owner all the anxieties and questions are there even if I've made prior research and watched vlogs it's never enough to quench the thirst of wanting to know more and assurance and getting it as soon as feasible.

I'm a newbee like not you'll expect the 'kulit' factor and naivety to each question and process...but those questions those anxious moments have been pacified and addressed by Ms Marnelli from Mazda Makati. She was indeed an asset of Mazda dealership in Makati. All her clients feedback and now including my review of her being the best in customer care assistance given her knowledge, patience and promptness in response are true and valid. She even goes beyond her working time (given i work on mid to gy shift) she's there to respond to my queries. She will not give you false hopes but will explain in case anything changes from your intial plan. She'll give you options without any pressure in making abrupt response that could mislead you and you'll end up to a wrong decision.. She's in sales yes because that's their work to sell the car and help you decide what fits you, but one thing that sets her apart is that she does it with genuine care. She doesnt do it with personal interest to only sell regardless of the impact to end consumer but she does it with a heart, thus, it shows her compassion in true customer care something that you'll not often find specially on sales area.

Thanks so much and I'll for surely endorse her and look for her in the future incase I upgrade.
