Ronnie was able to secure our Palisade unit very quickly. He is congenial, was able to show us a model unit and answered all our questions about the car. He also asked for our requirements (color, conduction number ending,etc) and was able to provide these as well as other freebies we requested

Nenette was very helpful & resourceful. She made sure I got everything I need. Plus, it helped that she was polite & kind. I didn't feel that I was being forced to anything I didn't like. I also didn't expect that she would still accommodate me after the my car has already been released. But she was still responsive.
