AutoDeal's search for the best Sales Agents, Dealers, and Manufacturers of the year has now come to a close. The Philippines' leading online vehicle marketplace revealed today the list of winners of the 2018 AutoDeal Awards, acknowledging those who have excelled in providing digital customer service through the AutoDeal.com.ph platform.
Year after year we see sales agents, dealers, and brands continuously improve in providing quality customer service to their customers on our platform. This in turn makes the online car-buying experience more convenient and more pleasant for customers which has always been the vision of AutoDeal.

2018 AutoDeal Sales Agent of the Year
Beating over 2,000 sales agents from more than 300 partner dealers across the Philippines, Jennifer Asebias from Ford Global City of the AutoHub Group is the overall winner of the 2018 AutoDeal Sales Agent of the Year Award.
Jennifer just recently joined AutoDeal in February 2018 and delivered good customer service right from the start. She closed her first sale in April and concluded the year with a commendable 6.11% conversion rate with six of her clients giving her a perfect five-star review. It's also important to note that she replied within 15 minutes on average to all her customer inquiries throughout the year.
On top of the prestigious AutoDeal Sales Agent of the Year trophy, her cumulative score in all fields also earned her a four day, three night trip for two to Taiwan, inclusive of tours, round trip airfare, airport transfers, and accommodation.
AutoDeal also awarded 12 Regional Finalists to recognize the Top 3 Sales Agents per territory. These finalists will be awarded Php5k as consolation prize.
Joining Jennifer for Metro Manila are Marveene Abbey Sevilla also from Ford Global City and Ana Condolon from Mazda Greenhills. As for Luzon, the list of finalists include Kathrina Torres from Ford Malolos, Chester James Bugnot from Chevrolet Tarlac, and Alma Baniqued from Mazda, Dagupan.
Shara May Pardillo and Gracie Montemayor-Nazareno, both from Suzuki Auto Cebu, made it in into the list for Sales Agents in Visayas with Jorge Narte from Chevrolet Iloilo. Last but not the least, the top Sales Agents from Mindanao are Carl Bolo of Nissan Tagum, Leones Gontiñas of Nissan Cagayan De Oro, and Shelly Talines of Ford Cagayan De Oro.
2018 AutoDeal Dealer of the Year
Winning the AutoDeal Dealer of the Year is a collective effort amongst all the dealer's sales agents on the platform. And no other dealer stood out more than Ford Global City.
All its agents maintained a 90-minute reply speed average for 2018. This, with their impeccable customer service, allowed them to successfully close 147 sales last year – more than any other partner dealer on AutoDeal. Their 4.69% conversion rate is also backed up by 64 perfect five-star customer reviews for their dealership.
Ford Global City will receive an AutoDeal Dealer of the Year Award trophy as well as a celebration within the dealership itself.
2018 AutoDeal Online Customer Service Award
The highest award given to the best performing brand on AutoDeal is the Online Customer Service Award. Like all previous awards, scores are also based on Reply Speed, Sales Conversion, and Customer Feedback, but here it's aggregated from the brand's entire nationwide dealership network.
This 2018, Mazda Philippines is the privileged recipient of the AutoDeal Online Customer Service Award through the unified performance of its 19 dealers on the platform. The entire dealership network replied to customer inquiries within 4 hours on average, which is faster than any other brand on AutoDeal. Adding to this, 3.38% of all inquiries for Mazda vehicles were converted into a sale. The brand also scored highest on the customer satisfaction rating, receiving a 4.88-star overall score.
2018 AutoDeal Online Buyers' Choice Awards
Aside from the three main awards, AutoDeal would also like to give recognition to the most popular vehicles among car buyers per segment. This is purely based on Lead-to-Sale Conversion rate and not on popularity, public votes, or test drive reviews.
Taking the #1 spot in the AutoDeal Online Buyers' Choice Award for the Subcompact Car segment is the Nissan Almera with 10.41% of all those who inquired eventually buying one. Meanwhile, the Mazda CX-5 was the top choice for all Compact Crossovers and the Ford Everest winning the Midsize SUV wars of 2018.
