Sir Jimmy was very accomodating, he doesn't even hesitate answering queries off his shift, and even on weekends. He guided me well every step of the process; from providing a quotation, collaborating with the bank for faster processing, up until the very moment the car was released. Nenette was very helpful & resourceful. She made sure I got everything I need. Plus, it helped that she was polite & kind. I didn't feel that I was being forced to anything I didn't like. I also didn't expect that she would still accommodate me after the my car has already been released. But she was still responsive.

Ms Nenette is the most patient agent I've ever dealt with. Very responsive and easy to deal with. She gives complete information and have helped us with the bank.

She answers queries at night and even weekends.
