Honda BRV is my first ever car and Rajen guided me from selecting the best model/variant for me to getting approvals from the bank. I am one of the many followers of Autodeal in Youtube, and I had been e-window shopping for what would be my future Honda car. I sent an inquiry via Autodeal, and got a couple of responses from different branches. The others were only one-liner replies, didn’t help me much with my curious questions about Honda and cars in general, and Rajen exceptionally stood out because after sending me an initial reply, he patiently answered all my questions by giving me a call. The call was no salesy, but an honest discovery call to get to understand better what Honda model could best fit my needs and personality. Other agents in other branches, sadly, were even pushing me to get Honda city when I repeatedly said already that I was never looking for a sedan and I am willing to pay higher price for value. So Rajen really earned my trust when he recommended Honda car models like BRV and HRV as options, that are aligned with my needs and personal wants. Rajen even set a time to meet me at PIMS 2022, and drove a BRV for me (I am not even a licensed driver then). The challenging part went by so swiftly until I got the news I got approved and will be getting my BRV soon! I got the car last Saturday, and my brother & boyfriend were also too happy with the customer service and kindness of Rajen.
