Ed Bael was absolutely brilliant and highly recommended. This was our first purchase in Ford Otis and Ed made the experience excellent. I used a credit card to pay for the full amount of the vehicle, which I understand is a bit unusual, and he explained every aspect of the transaction and the fees associated with it.
