For the record, this is not my first unit vehicle but with my experience with Sir Joven Narciso, he set a high bar when it comes to professionaliam and conduct. I commend his persistence and enthusiasm. He showed not as an agent but someone who effectively and efficiently performed his role and and an adviser and most importantly his treatment to me and to my wife as a family member. I always believe in Nissan but what I will consider is the smooth process from the 1st day of my inquiry up to the date of release. These 5 stars doesnt equate to his grade he deserves but it is more than that. But fkr the sake of rating purposes, Sir Joven deserves more tha this. I am beyond grateful to this man.
