For me Rycel is an excellent agent. Easy and nice to talk with even we did not know each other and it is the first time to talk through the phone. She is the type of agent who will not hold back discount for her client's benefit. Like what others been doing, leading you to some sort of bargaining. Our communications were basically few calls but more on messaging. When I have questions, there will always be instant answers. No waiting. Our transaction was a very short one. We started talking Feb 13 and on Feb 17 my Brio 1.2V CVT modern metallic steel was released. This includes 2 day check clearing and allocation waiting for the car with the color that I want.
