Set aside watching movies in cinemas or shopping for clothes. Instead, take a break and witness the best of the best vehicle lineup, concept cars, and electric automobiles of the famous car brands that will shape up the future of mobility in the country. What’s exciting about this event, you ask? Well, here’s what you should not miss, folks.
Schedule a test drive or book a reservation
Entering the venue, it will already give you the thrilling sensation as most of the exciting car brands are showcased in the event. The thing is, we all have our favorite cars in mind, right? And once you get to see your dream car, you’ll instantly imagine yourself getting your hands on the wheel and there’s no way you would keep your eyes off of it. No worries as there are registration areas in each booth for those who want to schedule a test drive or book a reservation.
Car launches and concept cars display
We’ve seen them in pictures, but it’s different when you see them in flesh. At the PIMS 2018, numerous carmakers excite audience with new vehicles worth hyping up. Nissan went all out as they uncover the 370S NISMO and Juke NISMO. Not only that, the Japanese carmaker’s Terra S and Navara Warrior X special edition set the bar even higher. The Nissan Leaf is also displayed at the event so make sure to check that out.
Long wait is over as the most-anticipated new Suzuki Jimny has finally landed in the PIMS and expected to be available in the Philippine market next year. Meanwhile, the BMW is not backing down as it introduced two vehicles, the all-new coupe-like X4 crossover and 6 Series Gran Turismo, which will be the successor of 5 Series GT. Isuzu, on the other hand, has released an automatic variant for the mu-X, while the Mazda presented the new variant for CX-9 named ‘Signature’. Another thing to take note is Daewoo’s iconic jeepney, a 6-speed automatic transmission bus, pure electric truck, the Maximus MCV truck.
Proving their commitment to revolutionize the future of mobility, Mitsubishi’s e-Evolution concept is displayed at the event, as well as Honda’s Small RS concept and Toyota’s TJ Cruiser.
Guests and performance
Apart from thrilling car exhibits, famous celebrities will also lit up the event on weekend. You can visit the Suzuki area to jam with singers Kris Lawrence and Pilipinas Got Talent winner Kristel de Catalina. 4th impact, the sisters who wowed the judges of X Factor will also pump up the mood with their powerful vocals, as well as the the Asia’s Soul Supreme KZ Tandingan. The Philippine National Football team, Azkals will also take the stage as part of the brand’s AFF Trophy Tour. Be sure to buzz around the Mitsubishi area as the new as Liza Soberano will enlighten the stage with her beauty and elegance. A little bit of advice: Always bring your phones with you. Who knows, maybe you can snap a photo or two with these amazing artists and athletes.
