The 4th annual AutoDeal Awards have come and gone, and with it, we have a fresh batch of winners taking their place atop the automotive industry. If you tuned in to our live show, you likely already know which contenders took home the prestigious awards. If you missed the show, don't fret, we're here to recap what went on at the 2021 AutoDeal Awards.
AutoDeal Online Customer Service Award - Mazda Philippines
The Online Customer Service Award recognizes the overall best car brand of the year. For 2021, Mazda Philippines received the highest average lead-to-sale conversion rate of any brand on the AutoDeal platform.
Mazda found the most success in aiding the customer through the buying journey, helping customers secure their vehicles with ease and efficiency. The famed Japanese car brand also received the highest ratio of positive customer feedback.
AutoDeal Dealer of the Year Award - Mitsubishi Global City
The AutoDeal platform hosts over 450 car dealer partners nationwide. As the recipient of the 2021 AutoDeal Dealer of the Year Award, Mitsubishi Global City outperformed every other dealership with 101 sales on the platform through an impressive 9.97% conversion rate and a blazing quick business response time of 21 minutes.
Mitsubishi Global City effectively converted one in every ten leads on AutoDeal—a commendable feat capped by a well-deserved award.
AutoDeal Consumer Choice Award - Geely Coolray
The Geely Coolray took the Philippines by storm when it debuted in late 2019. The subcompact crossover offered local consumers something rare—a near-unbeatable combination of style, performance, features, and value for money. Over two years since its launch, the Coolray continues to impress with its staying power and strong sales performance.
That's why it's no surprise that it received the 2021 AutoDeal Consumer Choice Award. The award recognizes a vehicle that scored the highest in overall customer satisfaction with car performance and ownership experience, including after-sales services. We can’t wait to see what Geely has in store for the Coolray and the rest of the models in its local lineup.
AutoDeal Agent of the Year Award - Darz Delim, Mitsubishi Global City
The coveted AutoDeal Agent of the Year Award goes to Darz Delim of Mitsubishi Global City. Delim was no doubt an instrumental part of the dealership's stellar sales figures, as she helped the brand convert 44 sales out of 330 leads in 2021. That's good for a staggering 13-percent conversion rate, well above the industry average. The award-winning Darz Delim also bagged a P50,000 cash prize to go with her new hardware.
Meanwhile, we also recognize the 1st and 2nd runner-ups, Maryjane Narvasa and Rhea Recinot, respectively. Narvasa completed 29 sales out of 259 leads for an 11-percent conversion rate, while Recinto achieved 21 sales out of 211 leads for a 9.95-percent conversion rate. Narvasa enjoys a P20,000 cash prize, with Recinto getting P10,000.
