Mazda has released a teaser photo of the 2017 CX-5 leaving fans drool a bit more before its official debut at this year’s Los Angeles Auto Show.
Looking closer at the semi-silhouette photo, the all-new CX-5 shares similar details with the pre-existing CX-9 (photo shown below). It appears that the 2017 CX-5 has a sharper fascia, longer hood, new headlights, and restyled taillights. The rear end of the vehicle seems to be lifted slightly higher than the previous model, giving it a sturdier forward-leaning look.

Mazda said that they further refined every aspects of the design and technology of the Cx-5 to offer better pleasure in driving experience. However, the mystery about what engine should we find under its hood remains. There is a strong chance that the car might be available with a 4-wheel drive feature – although Mazda hasn’t confirmed this yet.
