Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) is delighted to announce the official launch of the New Honda City on July 13, 2023. Reservations are now open for the refreshed model via the website or authorized dealerships nationwide and can be purchased here at AutoDeal very soon. The popular sedan in HCPI's lineup has been upgraded with a new appearance, more color options, an additional variant to cater to diverse lifestyle needs, and the inclusion of the Honda SENSING suite of safety features across all trims, showcasing the brand's commitment to enhancing the local market's mobility experience.
To kick off the launch, HCPI is offering a Special Drive Deal for a limited time. From July 1 to 12, 2023, customers can take advantage of a Waived Reservation Fee worth P 5,000 for units purchased and released on or before August 31, 2023.
The New Honda City builds upon the success of its predecessors, offering improved performance, an array of features, and a sleek design. Safety takes precedence, as the entire model range now comes standard with Honda SENSING, a comprehensive safety system that employs advanced detection to minimize the risk of accidents. Additionally, the New City boasts Vehicle Stability Assist, front and side airbags, and other breakthrough safety advancements, earning it a five-star ASEAN NCAP rating. The driving and connectivity experience is enhanced with a new digital instrument cluster, wireless Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto integration (excluding the E CVT variant).
The New City stands out with its bold and sporty exterior design. The revamped front grille and redesigned front and rear bumpers exude confidence, while the new alloy wheel design adds to the car's athletic and elegant character.
Powered by the reliable 1.5-liter DOHC i-VTEC engine paired with a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT), the New City offers class-leading power, exceptional fuel efficiency, and a compelling overall value. With twice-a-year maintenance service, the City ensures long-term reliability and enjoyable performance.
Families and young couples will appreciate the City's spaciousness, with ample cargo space of 519 liters, the largest in its segment, and a thoughtfully designed chassis layout that maximizes occupant room. The elevated driving position provides more space and a better view of the road ahead.
In addition to the existing variants, the New City introduces the 1.5 E CVT Honda SENSING, making driver-assist technologies more accessible to a wider range of customers.
