Changan Auto is further strengthening its footprint in the Philippines with the recent launch of three new dealerships by Inchcape Philippines. The automaker has proudly announced the grand opening of these new facilities in the Visayas region, specifically in Tagbilaran, Tacloban, and Cebu.
For Inchcape Philippines, these new Changan Auto dealerships highlight the brand's dedication to excellence and its continuous efforts to make its innovative vehicles more accessible across the country. Additionally, the expansion aligns with Changan's vision of offering smart mobility solutions to a broader Filipino audience.
Changan’s expansion in Visayas starts with Changan Auto Tagbilaran which officially opened on June 25, 2024, conveniently located along CPG North Avenue. This dealership showcases a wide selection of Changan models, from the budget-friendly Alsvin and CS15 to the well-equipped CS35 Plus and CS55 Plus. The showroom also highlights the family-oriented X7 Plus and the premium UNI-T and UNI-K SUVs.
Next in line is Changan Auto Tacloban, which began its soft operations on June 27, 2024. Located along Barangay 91, Maharlika Highway, Abucay, this facility offers the same diverse and high-quality range of models found at other Changan locations.
Rounding out the expansion is Changan Auto Cebu, which unveiled its new showroom on July 10, 2024, along Cebu Veterans Drive, Nivel Hills. This facility marks another step in Changan's growth in the Visayas, featuring a wide selection of sedans and SUVs tailored to meet various needs and preferences.
All three facilities are managed by Global Star Motors Corporation (GSMC), the exclusive dealer for Changan Auto in the Visayas and Mindanao, as appointed by Inchcape Philippines. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Cebu City, GSMC is recognized for its commitment to delivering high-quality vehicles and exceptional service. This expansion underscores Changan Auto's dedication to making its advanced mobility solutions more accessible to Filipinos throughout the region.
Each new facility is designed to offer a comprehensive ownership experience, featuring a state-of-the-art After-Sales Department with certified service technicians and a full range of parts and accessories to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Changan’s lineup of cars offers an impressive value proposition for drivers who want modern features for an affordable price. Changan’s crossovers, particularly the CS35 Plus and CS55 Plus impressed us with its overall quality and long list of features. Now that Changan has opened three new dealerships in the Visayas region, Changan’s cars are ready to impress a whole new audience.
