Nissan Philippines, Inc. (NPI), the official local distributor of Nissan vehicles, has teamed up with the Department of Tourism (DOT) to launch the “Visit the Philippines, Drive to Discover with Nissan” campaign. The partnership which recently started will run until the latter part of 2016.
The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was freshly inked together with the marketing arm of the DOT, the Philippine Tourism Board (PTB). This campaign aims to better promote local tourism by way of road trips to various scenic destinations using Nissan’s latest lineup of vehicles.
The Philippines has a lot of classic destinations and undiscovered spots to offer. That’s why we support the DOT, through its marketing and promotions agency, the TPB by offering our fleet for the road trips said NPI President and Managing Director Antonio Zara.
In line with this, NPI will showcase the on-road, off-road, and practical capabilities of their vehicles. These include the new Juke sport crossover, the X-Trail, the all-new NP300 Navara, and the all-new NV350 Urvan. They’ll also be highlighting their passenger car lineup like the new Altima, Almera, and the Sylphy.
Zara concludes by saying that "it’s not just about getting to the destination, it’s also making the journey itself an exciting and enjoyable experience."
