Ford Group Philippines (FGP) recognized its top performing dealers and employees during the brand’s annual convention. Awardees were recognized for their exceptional results in the areas of sales, service, and customer satisfaction last year.
Among the brand’s 46 dealerships, Ford Alabang was cited as Metro Manila Dealer of the Year while Ford General Santos received Provincial Dealer of the Year. These branches of the blue oval brand also earned the Best Service Teams in their respective areas.
Moreover, FGP awarded Lloyd Dumandan of Ford General Santos as Sales Manager of the Year. Johann Martinez of Ford Alabang was recognized as General Sales Manager of the Year, while Mario Gener Marte of Ford Manila bagged Branch Head of the Year.

We look forward to a more solid partnership with our dealership network nationwide this year as we continue to enhance the Ford ownership experience.
Last month, FGP announced its big plans to improve its after-sales program and reduce the cost of owning its vehicles. According to the brand's presentation, scheduled service maintenance costs will be lowered by an average of 17% for the EcoSport, Everest, and Ranger across its dealerships nationwide. Apart from that, FGP also re-launched its prepaid Scheduled Service Plan (SSP) that covers parts and labor cost of your Ford vehicle for up to five years.
