Ford Philippines is extending a helping hand by putting special rates on parts and labor to assist customers of Ford dealerships in Luzon who were affected by the recent typhoon. Customers who will bring in their affected Ford vehicle to any of its accredited dealerships from November 17 to December 10, 2020, can avail of a special discount. The discount will only be for select parts and will also entitle them to a 20% discount on labor.

Program discounts are also not convertible to cash.
Apart from the special discounts, Ford Philippines is also encouraging motorists to follow a few simple tips especially for those who have vehicles that have been damaged by floodwater.
-
Do not attempt to start a flooded vehicle until thorough inspecting and cleaning have been conducted. Try to disconnect the battery terminals starting with the negative terminal if possible.
-
Take immediate steps to dry the vehicle as much as possible to reduce the time its components are exposed to water.
-
Record the highest level of water exposure on the flooded vehicle. This will aid a qualified technician in the evaluation process as well a taking the necessary steps to correct any damage
-
Contact your Ford dealership to arrange for an inspection and evaluation of the flooded vehicle.
-
After inspection, detail the interior and exterior compartment of the vehicle.
