Ford Philippines has reopened select dealerships located in General Community Quarantine (GCQ) areas starting May 1, 2020. The Blue Oval wants to reassure customers that with the reopening of these facilities in GCQ areas that new guidelines have been implemented to keep in line with public health and safety. The American brand also states that new and enhanced tools, processes, and policies have been implemented across the brand’s dealership network designed to lower the potential risks and provide peace of mind to anyone who wants to visit a showroom or service center.
We’re keen to have things start returning to the “new normal” across our dealer network, while continuing to keep the health and safety of our Ford customers and entire dealership team as our highest priority
He continues by stating that “Customers visiting any Ford dealership will see very clearly the safeguards that are in place – with all customers required to comply with these protocols – while having all sales and service personnel and functions available to serve them.”
Ford dealerships that are now open to serve the public are in the following locations: Ormoc, Negros, Butuan, Dumaguete, Roxas, Surigao, Naga, Isabela, Bohol, General Santos, Palawan, Tacloban, Ilocos Norte, Cagayan de Oro, and Dipolog. These dealerships have returned to normal working hours and will observe the brand’s new safety and health protocols.
