Ford Philippines is making vehicle ownership more convenient with the launch of the Ford Mobile Service Vehicle (MSV), a fully-equipped service facility on wheels. Designed to bring expert maintenance and repairs straight to customers, the MSV reinforces Ford's commitment to enhancing the ownership experience.
As a mobile extension of Ford’s dealership service lane, the MSV comes equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, Ford Genuine Parts, and specialized equipment. It offers a hassle-free way for customers to get their vehicles serviced at designated locations, including their own homes.
The MSV can handle a range of services, including oil changes, wiper replacements, multi-point inspections, tire rotations, brake services, battery checks and replacements, fluid top-ups, and even vehicle software updates. By eliminating the need for a dealership visit, Ford ensures customers receive top-notch service from expert technicians without disrupting their schedules.

“At Ford, we recognize that our customers lead busy lives and want convenience on their terms. At the same time, they see maintenance and service as essential elements of vehicle ownership. With the Mobile Service Vehicle, we’re bringing dealership-quality service directly to their doorstep,” said Pedro Simoes, Managing Director of Ford Philippines. “Ford owners can now experience convenient and expert servicing wherever needed, saving them time and ensuring that their vehicle remains in top condition.”
During a live demonstration at the San Lorenzo Village Clubhouse in Makati City, media guests saw the MSV in action as Ford technicians conducted an on-site maintenance service on a Ford Territory. Vishal Chandiramani, a marketing executive and Ford owner, praised the MSV’s convenience.
“I love how I can now get my periodic maintenance service done without having to worry about how it fits into my schedule. I can have my Ford Territory serviced by Ford technicians at my residence even with a full day of meetings, and I still get to enjoy my weekends with my family. The MSV is definitely a game-changer,” he shared.

The MSV has already been successfully deployed in markets like Thailand, India, South Africa, and Vietnam, delivering over 370,000 service experiences in 2024 alone. This mobile solution has transformed traditional servicing into a seamless, on-demand experience, with dealerships worldwide noting increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Ford’s MSV is redefining automotive aftersales by offering expert service with genuine parts and advanced tools, all while eliminating the need for a dealership visit.
“The Ford Mobile Service Vehicle is more than a service. It’s our commitment to keeping customers moving with confidence. With our fleet of Ford Mobile Service Vehicles, expert and quality vehicle care is now easier, more accessible, and definitely more convenient,” said Joyce Laxamana, Director of the Ford Customer Service Division.
Ford owners can now schedule an appointment with the MSV by contacting their nearest Ford dealership.
