Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) returns to Block 16 at the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds to participate in the Auto Focus Test Drive Festival. This bi-annual outdoor event, hosted by Sunshine Television, is currently in its second installment and runs from November 16 until Sunday, November 19, operating between 11:00 AM and 9:0PM.
The main stars on Hyundai’s stage are the recently introduced Custin and Stargazer X, the Korean brand’s latest addition to its growing lineup of multi-purpose vehicles (MPV). The Custin, a new nameplate in the collection, epitomizes opulent comfort both inside and out. Drawing inspiration from private jets, the MPV features second-row captain seats with a 10-way power seat adjustment, offering a zero-gravity position for a sumptuous riding experience. Enhancing the interior is a spacious 10.4-inch infotainment system designed for intuitive and user-centric operation. Additionally, the Custin incorporates Hyundai's SmartSense safety suite, complete with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) functions. All of these features come together seamlessly with a well-tuned, fuel-efficient drive, courtesy of its turbocharged Smartstream gasoline engine.
“Visitors of the Auto Focus Test Drive Festival, can look forward to Hyundai being there. In the spirit of the holidays, we are treating everyone to not just the newest members of our lineup, but also our multi-awarded EV duo. We warmly welcome customers to experience for themselves our growing range of smart and sustainable vehicles. At the same time, discover how the brand is innovating car ownership, as a whole, for Filipinos.”
Meanwhile, the X represents the Stargazer's sportier and more daring version. Developed from the GLS premium variant of the model, it retains all the convenience and technological features but is now in a more tall and rugged package. The Stargazer X comes equipped with a black roof featuring rails and a fresh set of 17-inch alloy wheels. Its interior has undergone a makeover, featuring a new dashboard design and seats accented with red stitching. Enhancing safety and convenience, it now includes an Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) with Autohold. Aside from seeing the new features on the Stargazer X, visitors have an opportunity to test drive the Creta, Staria, and Tucson. If you’re shopping for a new Hyundai vehicle, this is the best opportunity to experience the Hyundai lineup in one fell swoop.
Hyundai’s duo of award-winning electric vehicles (EV) are also present at the event and, joy of joys, both models are accessible for test drives. If you want a piece of memorabilia or are a keen collector, a limited-edition IONIQ 5 die-cast car is available for on-site reservations. Last but not least, the brand's signature café, in collaboration with Brew + Bakes, will be on-site, offering complimentary freshly brewed hot and cold beverages throughout all four days of the event.
