Hyundai Asia Resources Inc. (HARI) has achieved yet another milestone for this year. The official distributor of the South Korean marque has received the 2nd highest rank in the 2017 Philippines Customer Service Index (CSI) Study by J.D. Power.
After accumulating high ratings on all 5 factors (service quality, service initiation, vehicle pick-up, service facility, and service advisor), HARI outscored 9 other mass-marketed brands in the country and places 2nd on the chart.
“This recognition validates that we are doing something right—and that is going the extra mile to deliver service with heart. As always, we give back the honor to our customers, keeping to our ‘Gusto’ promise: kung ano ang Gusto mo, Kaya naming ibigay. Kasama ninyo ang Hyundai sa biyahe ng buhay. Trust that the culture of service excellence at Hyundai will continue to grow and live on.”
The study was conducted between February and May 2017, where 1,951 new car owners participated. The subjects were individuals who got their units from February to May of 2016, and had brought their vehicles to any authorized service center or dealer for service maintenance and repair between August 2016 to May 2017.
Not only on its after-sales service did HARI made a good impression, it also has provided quality service to its buyers as well. Pulling out AutoDeal's Insight for the 1st half of 2017 data, the South Korean brand's Quezon Avenue dealership received 4.8 stars for the Customer Satisfaction chart. This propelled it to be included in the top 10 dealers where buyers are more satisfied with.
Customer satisfaction could be traced from the quality of service being provided by the dealer’s agents. To support the said point, we extracted testimonials from our Buyer Feedback system.
Pleased with the service of an agent from Hyundai Quezon Avenue, a buyer commented, "She is very attentive and easy to talk to. She even delivered the unit to my home which was really convenient for me. Thank you for the wonderful service."
Another buyer commended an agent from Hyundai Pasong Tamo for his way of conversing with his clients. "He is the best Agent! He tries to explain everything using non-tech terms so I can understand. Very helpful even after the purchase. Definitely will buy through him again," said the customer.
