Jetour Philippines runs a 5-day workshop across dealerships to help its technical team deliver better customer service. Jetour Auto Philippines Inc. (JAPI) recently introduced an aftersales training program to support the growth of the Jetour brand in the Philippines. As JAPI wants to build the brand and strengthen its business, it’s taking steps to make sure the sales and service teams work well together. To achieve this, JAPI offers regular training to help staff improve their skills and knowledge.
The new 5-day workshop, held at Jetour Auto dealerships across the country, concentrates on equipping Jetour’s technical team with up-to-date skills. The program helps make sure that customers get high-quality support and service at any Jetour dealership. During the training, participants learned about Jetour’s latest models, including the newest updates and engineering improvements. They also studied each model’s technical details, such as performance measures, engine specifics, and how each component works.
Another part of the workshop included learning about the special features and characteristics of each Jetour model. The staff were also updated with the latest safety bulletins, service advisories, and best practices from Jetour Auto’s global network. Practical training on special tools was also provided to help technicians make accurate and efficient repairs.
The first round of training included dealerships from Jetour Auto Alabang, Edsa Centris, Quezon Avenue, Pasig, Baliuag, Dau, Marilao, Isabela, and Fairview. In the second round, technicians from Jetour Auto Cebu, Bacolod, Iloilo, Davao, General Santos, and Cagayan De Oro joined the program. In total, 24 technicians completed the training over two groups, gaining hands-on skills and updated knowledge to better support Jetour customers.
Jetour owners in the Philippines can look forward to better service, as dealerships are now equipped with highly trained technicians who are ready to assist with any needs.
