The month of June looks to be a great period for Mitsubishi Philippines as its popular MPV has set strong sales. The Mitsubishi Xpander was able to close the month of June off with a total of 794 units sold. This reflects a 62 percent increase in sales over the same period in May. This means that the Xpander MPV is now one of the strongest nameplates the brand currently has in the country.

The vehicle ticks all the right boxes when it comes to what Filipinos are looking for when it comes to an MPV. The Xpander packs seating for seven, plenty of space for both occupants and cargo, a great amount of tech, and a well-balanced yet frugal 1.5-liter gasoline engine. Aside from this, the Mitsubishi MPV also comes with a competitive price point and several variants that can easily fit within almost any budget. It even offers interested buyers a more beefy version of itself in the form of the Mitsubishi Xpander Cross that comes with a taller ride height and SUV-like looks. That being said, it’s easy to see why the Xpander has quickly become a popular model coming from the Japanese automaker.
As a whole Mitsubishi Philippines also finished the month of June off with a total of 2,933 unit sales and was able to retain its strong runner-up position in the local automotive market.
We are very fortunate to receive such strong support from the market. We truly appreciate the trust and confidence that they show for our brand. We are also thankful for the amazing efforts that our dealer partners are making to reinforce the strong number two position of Mitsubishi Motors. Our customers can trust that MMPC is committed to reciprocate the strong patronage by providing dedicated customer service.
Mitsubishi Philippines has also extended certain deals and promos to make it even easier for a customer to get their hands on a Mirage G4, Strada, Montero Sport, or an L300.
