Nissan Philippines Inc. (NPI) achieved recognition in multiple areas in the inaugural 2017 AutoDeal Award’s program through continued commitment to online engagement with customers.
With its advanced rear multi-link suspension system, slick interior, and superior ride comfort, the Nissan Navara claimed the 2017 AutoDeal Buyers’ Choice Award for Pickup Truck of the Year. The accolade was awarded not by popular vote but as a result of having the best overall combination of interest levels and sales conversion from real-world buyers using the AutoDeal platform during the course of 2017.

The award was presented to NPI President and Managing Director Mr. Ramesh Narasimhan from AutoDeal Co-Founders Daniel M. Scott and Christopher L. Franks at a private awarding presentation.
“We decided to opt out of a public voting and base the foundation of our awards around the transactional online to offline data that AutoDeal collects through the sale of vehicles across our technology,” stated AutoDeal Co-Founder Daniel M. Scott.
“The Navara has been critically acclaimed by many experts and has rightfully also resonated with shoppers on AutoDeal,” added Scott.
In addition to the Pickup of the Year, awards were also presented for the Buyers' Choice Car of the Year and Buyers' Choice SUV of the Year.
