Nissan Philippines, Inc. has posted record monthly sales in the country. Its sales have hit an all-time high of 4,768 units for the month of September. This achievement strengthens the brand’s third-place ranking in the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines (CAMPI).
The month of September marks a new high for the company since its previous highest sales record was set in March of 2019 with 4,616 units sold. In addition, September sales represents a 21.8 percent increase in sales compared to the same period last year.

At the forefront of the increase in sales are the Navara and Terra. The Navara accounted for 46 percent of sales for the month. The strong sales helped make the vehicle the best-selling pickup for the month of September in the Philippines. The Nissan Terra, on the other hand, also pushed the brand’s record sales. It contributed 23 percent of sales for the Japanese automaker for the month.
Both models have been upgraded with Nissan Advanced Display Audio. The upgrade comes with a larger 8-inch capacitive touchscreen display as well as the Nissan Intelligent Mobility features. Some of these features include the Intelligent Around View Mirror, lane assist, and emergency braking. The new head unit is also Android Auto and Apple Carplay capable, this allows users to conveniently access their smartphones directly from the infotainment system.
The strong sales performance is the result of the company’s strong fundamentals. Excellent products and services, supported by passionate employees and dealer partners are the foundations of Nissan’s continued success in the Philippines.
Nissan has been on a roll as it has been opening new dealerships left and right in recent months adding to its growing 43 dealerships nationwide. This is all due to the company’s drive to commit to making its products and services more available to Filipinos.
