Subaru debuts the newest addition to the XV line up with a special trim for 2019. Subaru’s subcompact crossover is getting a little update. Coming off a facelift, Motor Image Philippines is looking to extend the look of one of its best selling crossovers. The GT Edition was unveiled earlier in MIAS 2019, and sports additions from Giken Co.
Aero kits adorn the body of the XV GT Edition. The car sports a total of 4 attachments that extend the already sporty look of the XV. The front bumper is garnished with a front lip with integrated canards. A matching pair of side skirts bring the side up to snuff, while the rear gets a bumper extension that completes the look. The kit is painted in a glossy black color. On top of all these additions, Subaru Philippines has opted to outfit its GT Edition with 18-inch two tone diamond cut wheels that complement the aero kit and also sport a two color design.
Moving over to the interior, the XV boasts model specific carpets and seat leather designs to further add to the uniqueness of the variant. Rounding out the features is the dual side-view monitor system which gives drivers extra visibility around the car to aid in parking.
Motor Image worked with Giken and Kobayashi-san, because they share our enthusiasm for designing and creating fun and exciting products. I know this will be the start of an exciting collaboration for Subaru customers. We believe this GT edition will help create excitement in Asia and offer customers who want an even sportier version of the XV a new and unique look. We expect that the Philippines will be one of the key markets for the Subaru XV GT Edition.
The Subaru XV GT Edition is available for booking in any Subaru showroom, nationwide. Head on down to inquire about the latest model with all the trimmings.
