In celebration of the brand’s 25th anniversary, Volvo Philippines reopens its showroom in Makati after going through renovation. It now features the biggest and most extensive makeover, catering guests a truly pleasurable retail experience.
Apart from building and selling premium vehicles, Volvo has distinguished itself by putting people at the center of its operations, that’s why the new Volvo showroom provides a haven of comfort and safety for all, given the reinforcement of innovative features and systems which should benefit customers. This tactic is in conjunction with the brand’s promise of providing customers with the freedom to move in a personal, sustainable, and safe way.
The new Volvo Makati also goes in accordance with the safety protocols advised by health and safety experts during this pandemic. Strict guidelines are observed the moment guests arrive at the Volvo showroom up until they leave the premises, the following protocols include wearing of face masks, checking of body temperature, social distancing, and most importantly is the provision of alcohol disinfectants in key areas.

With safety as our guiding principle, we continue to focus on caring and protecting people not only with our cars but also with the way we conduct our business. This is our commitment. This is Volvo – for people, for the world around us, for life.
Despite the presence of those strict guidelines, the overall buying experience has been maintained in a safer yet modern approach all thanks to the latest retail technologies. Specifications of a certain model can be reviewed by scanning the QR code on the vehicle tag. What this does is it minimizes the need for physical contact with high-touch surfaces or materials.
Going further, Volvo PH is also the first local luxury car dealer to create a dedicated concierge service when the pandemic hit. This serves as a support team which responds to the vehicle requirements of its clients, as well as allow interested buyers to schedule a viewing or test drive. Apart from that, Volvo car owners can book a service appointment via this platform.
Apart from the renovated facility, Volvo Philippines managed to render ideas from outside of the box, making its journey this new-normal a smooth breeze.
