Looking for a van that can seat more than a dozen? You might want to consider the 15-seater passenger van such as the FOTON Toano.
The Toano is specially designed by the original team responsible for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Integrated outside of the vehicle is an automatic, electric footboard, as well as a split vertical rear door, and LED side-mirror signal lights.
FOTON claims that the Toano fuses elegant and expansive interiors. Aside from the amount of passengers it can seat, the vehicle also has a high-ceiling and a long wheelbase, which measures 3,750mm.
Of note, the Toano Executive variant features an LED TV, Audio/Video (A/V) suite, AM/FM radio, CD player, Audio input (AUX with USB), and power windows. Moreover, the seats are finished in light-colored fabric and have individual head and back rests.
The vehicle is powered by a 2.8L ISF Cummins CRDi turbo diesel engine that delivers 160 hp and 360 Nm of torque. This is the same engine that’s fitted in the Toplander SUV and the Thunder pickup. The Toano comes with a 6-speed manual transmission.
The Toano is available in 3 exterior colors: Aurora White, Metallic Silver, and Amber Bronze.
The FOTON Toano is retailed at P1,688,000 with 5-year/150,000km-warranty.
