What if we told you that there was a way to save on fuel costs by shopping and vice versa? We know it's weird, but that's exactly what the partnership between Caltex and Robinsons Rewards Card is offering.
There are 2 ways to avail of this unique offer: Points Redemption or Points Earning.
The first of which allows Robinsons Reward Card members to use their points (earned through shopping) to redeem a P1.00 discount for every one (1) liter of fuel purchased at participating Caltex stations nationwide. Each point is equivalent to P1.00. Cardholders can redeem a maximum of 60 points per transaction, which is equivalent to P60 in savings, but may only do so twice (2x) per day max.
The second option allows Robinsons Reward Card owners to earn one (1) Robinsons Rewards Point for every five (5) liters of Caltex fuel purchased. But do note that there is an allowable maximum of 60 liters per purchase, and a cap of 500 liters per month.
Still, not bad.
Robinsons Reward Card members can then redeem the points at any of 1,180 Robinsons nationwide OR use it to for more fuel discounts. The list of eligible stores include Robinsons Department Store, Robinsons Supermarket, Robinsons Selections, Robinsons Easymart, Robinsons Appliances, Handyman, True Value, AM Builders’ Depot, Toys “R” Us, Daiso Japan, TopShop, TopMan, Dorothy Perkins, Miss Selfridge, Burton Menswear, Warehouse, River Island, Shana, G2000, Shiseido, and Benefit.
This offer applies to all Caltex gasoline and diesel purchases via cash, credit card, debit card, StarCars, or StarCard.
With this new loyalty program partnership, Caltex is hoping that more motorists choose to fill up with them, aside from the benefits their fuels offer. If you don't have a Robinsons Rewards Card yet, you can sign up at any Robinsons store and become a member for only P150.
