Launching this month, the new website feature is powered by a calculator that automatically gives an estimate of the total insurance amount. With a few clicks, customers are enabled to modify a pre-arranged standard Comprehensive Insurance package by customizing their preferred coverage items according to their needs or budget in 4 easy steps.
How does it work?
Car buyers and owners will be given the option to select an insurance package from AXA Philippines. They will be able to edit the Coverage, including own damage and theft, the amount the vehicle will be insured for, third party bodily injury and property damage protection, acts of nature, and roadside assistance. The breakdown of insurance coverage will range from 90% to 110% of Vehicle Fair Market Value (FMV). Customers may then purchase the selected insurance package conveniently online through Paypal and DragonPay.
AutoDeal aims to include more payment methods in the coming weeks to present more fitting options to consumers.
For most vehicle brands, models, and variants that automatically qualify for Comprehensive Insurance, the Premium for Coverage can be purchased immediately, with the Electronic Certificate of Cover (eCOC) sent conveniently through email within 48 hours. Clients may opt for a hardcopy sent to their specified address as well. Vehicle owners have the choice for a higher or lower coverage beyond the provided options, subject to AXA Philippines’ assessment and approval.
For clients requiring review and approval, a representative from AXA will administer and handle the application.
