Jodi made buying a car for us an easy experience. From start to finish, the transaction was very smooth. In less than 2 weeks, we went home with the car we wanted! This was way better than our first experience. She was very responsive with our inquiries considering she is one busy sales agent, and she keeps us updated with everything that's going on. Easy to deal with. She does explains everything about the car and suggest stuffs but I have never felt being pressured to purchase right away or to avail any add ons. Even after sales, i can still connect with her and she responds accordingly and helps me with all my other questions and further inquiries about the car and papers/documents. I will definitely come back to her for future car purchases.

I can't talk about Jodi in the past tense...unlike most sales agents that disappear post sale, Jodi's wonderful consistency from the get go is inspiring. From inquiry, though I understand that there are a lot of steps, regulations and processes, She just made it feel so seamless for me.
