I purchased my car online so just imagine his patience to the extent that he put a ruler under the car when I doubted the ground clearance. He delivered my unit in Baguio and I got more impressed with the actual car because he made me appreciate all the new and silent features. Consider it after sales but it was like he was still convincing me to buy, he could just be passive but he was equally happy with me and my family. Trust your agent and they will give the best!

Very professional and informative. Hindi siya yung tipo ng agent na ipipilit nya lang yung product na bilhin mo at piliin mo. sobrang realistic ni sir josh sa lahat ng mga advice at mga information na nilalatag nya, hindi yung tipo ng agent na sasabihin lang mga bagay na gusto mo madinig para lang makabenta. Maganda yung mga tips na tinuturo nya sa lahat specially when choosing a car model and variant. Sobrang bilis din inasikaso yung purchase namin. Paid in full june 26. He told me na he needs atleast 3 days para ma release yung kotsye. Humirit pako if kaya na 2 days lang since aalis kami ng weekend. And he delivered. Sobrang galing ni sir at maasikaso talaga. Smooth and fast transaction. Everything was well explained and all his promises was kept. 5/5 will recommend sir josh to anyone who is interested in purchasing from kia bacoor.
