This is our first car purchase and Ms. Marnelle has been very accomodating and helpful. As a first-time buyer, we had lots of questions and she answered everything clearly. Communication was not a problem, as she almost all the time replies in an instant.

We had a bit of a problem with communicating with our bank, and Ms. Marnelle even offered help by connecting us to her network. She has been very patient handling the circumstances between us and our bank.

We were affected by COVID hence we cannot go to Mazda Makati to sign the dealer documents. But Ms. Marnelle chose to go here at home to hand over the documents.
