Drew, also known as Andrew, went above and beyond to assist me when my car broke down. Initially, I was considering a competitor's SUV, but Drew's exceptional service led me to choose Nissan instead. He promptly gathered my information and helped me complete the necessary forms for a quick approval process with the banks. Drew worked diligently with the banks to secure my approval right away.

Although I initially requested to pick up the car the next day, Drew explained that there were several checks, documents to sign, and a tint application to be completed, with a busy queue ahead.
