He provided us with a variety of options that met our need and made sure to align them as closely as possible with what we need. Demonstrating an understanding of our status as first-time car buyers, he patiently accommodated all our inquiries, of which there were many. The positive impression he gave during our chats carried through to his in-person interaction during our initial meeting for the test drive, where he continued to be accommodating.
