He’s too good to be true. At first, I am hesitant to go through his offer because of the distance of their branch compare to others from my location. But he’s so responsive, calls when needed, gives you the best offer and knows the details to provide to your inquiries. He really cares his clients and so hospitable specially when you meet him in person.

I talked to so much five star agents on this journey of getting my first car, but this guy deserves it more.

I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Frej is very accommodating, and is patient to all my questions. He responds quickly too, and takes time to explain all the important information. He even offered to drive my car to my place after completing the sale. Outstanding sales and after-sales service.

I inquired on Autodeal to three dealers, and only JC answered my query to the detail that I was looking for. He constantly updates me on the status, and finds way to make my purchase convenient and fast as possible. All I had to do is wait for my car to be released. Inquired around June 6, car released on June 25. Got to play with his kid to keep us entertained while he process our papers. Even made an effort to make the release extravagant with a curtain reveal and ribbon. All details explained, and though some items were not available upon release, it was managed. When I plan to have my dream car I want it as simple and achievable. And Im browsing some pages about dealers and agents when to buy a unit. When I saw it to Autodeal, I review the name of Chiradee and Im so impressed about her background about Sales. I chosed her to assist me she's very accommodating and passionate to her job. Im the one to witness Cheen hardwork so I can owned and landed to have a Toyota Vios for real. Ms. Faith really deserve the top spot on the list of agents from Ford which is how I found her in the first place here in AutoDeal. Being this is my first time trying to purchase a car, she really did accommodate me in the best possible way. She laid out all my options, very straight forward, and I really felt like we had the same goal, which is for me to get my first car. From the inquiry, to reservation, to signing, and to the release day (which there was a super extra presentation with music and performance from Ford BGC), everything was superb.
