The local automotive industry won’t be stepping on the brakes soon to reduce the speed of excitement that come from the introduction of new cars in the country. As reported in our second quarter study, bringing in new cars ignited the consumer interest, so there’s no doubt that when Auto Nation Group, Inc., the general distributor of Jeep vehicles, parts and accessories in the Philippines, announced the arrival of the 2018 Jeep Renegade Limited 4X2, the competition, especially in the premium compact SUV segment, has been stirred further.
Boasting a few things new, while retaining a few things iconic, the 2018 Jeep Renegade Limited 4X2 receives fresh features such as the highest ground clearance of 210 mm, speed-sensing power door locks, Full Speed Forward Collision Warning Plus, and Lane-Sense Departure Warning Plus.

The new Jeep Renegade Limited also comes with 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels and halogen headlamps with daytime running lamps.
Getting inside this newly introduced SUV, one finds a spacious cabin that highlights deluxe cloth-trimmed front seats configured with six-way and four-way adjustments for the comfort of the driver and front passenger, respectively. The premium compact SUV also comes with the fourth generation of Uconnect® system, a seven-inch touchscreen display integrated with Apple Carplay, automatic dual zone airconditioning, and six speakers.
When it comes to safety features, this particular Jeep offers Advanced Brake Assist, Hill Start Assist, Speed Limiting Device, Next Generation front and supplemental airbags (six airbags total), and Collision Warning.
Boosting its power from a 1.4L MultiAir® Turbo engine with an output of 135hp and torque of 230Nm, mated to a six-speed Dual Dry Clutch Transmission, the 2018 Jeep Renegade Limited 4X2 promises value to customers with P2,190,000 to purchase it for.
