Building dreams is good, but sustaining them is even better. That’s why Solar Transport Automotive Resources Corporation (STAR Corp.) recently unveiled their 5-STAR Customer Service Program to help make the BYD ownership experience reach a level that’s beyond just building dreams.
This new strategy will let buyers enjoy 5 of the best after-sales services and benefits BYD has in store, like a 5-year service warranty, full access to vehicle service facilities with assistance from authorized BYD servicemen, genuine BYD parts and accessories, BYD Response Operation (BRO), and a 24/7 emergency roadside assistance.
“The 5-STAR Customer Service Program is a result of STAR Corp’s deepening understanding of our customers. Over the past year and a half, we've listened to our customers and identified their preferences and even their sensitivities. This program and all its components is a signpost of our long term commitment to our customers so that they enjoy their BYD vehicles well over the long haul,” revealed Mark Andrew Tieng, Managing Director of STAR Corp.
The 5-year (or 100,000kms, whichever comes first) service warranty program covers the entire BYD vehicle – engine, transmission, and parts, while the 24/7 emergency roadside assistance can be accessed FREE of charge for 1 year, and is backed up by the Automobile Association of the Philippines (AAP).
These benefits go in line with STAR Corp’s BYD Response Operation (BRO). BRO is BYD’s latest approach to better personalize its customer service. By calling 0917-6501111 or (02) 533-8888, one can ask for technical assistance or step-by-step vehicle troubleshooting. BRO can also book schedules for vehicle servicing. If the customer is unable to bring his car to the nearest BYD service center, BRO can deploy a team of expert automotive servicemen to the customer’s home or office to work on the vehicle.
Finally, BRO can even contact the AAP on behalf of the customer, should they require emergency roadside assistance. Initially, BRO is available during office hours from Monday to Saturday in Metro Manila.
The 5-STAR Customer Service Program is just one of the many entries in STAR Corp's to-do list for its BYD customers this year, and it all starts with building your dreams.
