Ford Philippines continues to record positive sales performance last month. The brand managed to sell 3,408 vehicles in November 2017, which is 13% more as compared to last year. Ford’s sales performance was driven by the usual suspects – the EcoSport, Everest, and the Ranger.
“Our top-selling vehicles helped deliver a record November performance. We are confident to close out the year on a high note as our showrooms across the country are remaining busy.”
The EcoSport recorded 1,110 unit sales last month, which pushes its year-to-date numbers up by 11% to 9,849 units. Ford’s subcompact crossover was also a popular choice in AutoDeal’s November online sales. In fact, it was the 2nd most popular buys on AutoDeal last month.
The Everest, on the other hand, registered a 15% increase in sales with 1,100 vehicles sold last month. This performance managed to push the Everest’s year-to-date sales to 10,873 vehicles.
The Ranger continued its momentum as it posted a 28% sales increase as compared to its 2016 performance. Ford’s pickup truck yielded 1,003 vehicles last month, pushing its year-to-date sales up by 25% with 9,225 vehicles sold.
The other Ford models that are sold locally also contributed to the brand’s November 2017 sales. The Explorer posted 104 units sold while the Mustang recorded 37 units.
With all the numbers shown above, Ford Philippines’ year-to-date sales have increased by 5%., which accounts to 31,994 vehicles.
