Ford Philippines recently celebrated the achievements of its dealer partners during the 2024 Ford Dealer Convention held at Okada Manila. The event recognized the top performers in sales, service, and customer experience (CX) from the past year.
Under the sales category, awards were presented to retail sales consultants who recorded the highest vehicle sales. In Metro Manila, the top performer was Justine Faith Lim from Ford Global City, followed by Maria Corazon Espinosa from Ford Quezon Avenue, and others from different Ford locations across the city. For the provincial sales consultants, Rolan Orias from Ford Baliuag took the top spot, with colleagues from the same and other provincial dealerships also receiving recognition.
Dealerships that excelled in specific vehicle sales were also acknowledged. Ford Alabang was named the Top Dealer for Ranger Retail Sales in Metro Manila, with Ford Davao achieving the same award provincially. Ford Global City earned the title for Territory Retail Sales in Metro Manila, with Ford Pampanga taking the provincial honors. Ford Global City also won for Top Dealer in Fleet Sales and was recognized as the Top Selling Dealer alongside Ford Pampanga, which was the top provincial seller. The top-selling dealer group award went to Anthony N. Cheng (ANC) Group.
The service category recognized individuals and teams who provided exceptional after-sales service. Sosil Gayol from Ford Dumaguete was honored as the Warranty Processor of the Year. Ford Global City stood out for its accessory sales and extended service business. Ford Marikina and Ford Surigao were recognized for their performance in parts wholesale in Metro Manila and provincially, respectively. The Service Team of the Year awards went to Ford Alabang for Metro Manila and Ford Sta. Rosa for the provincial category.
In terms of customer experience, the awards were based on customer satisfaction scores in sales and service. Ford Otis Manila and Ford Ormoc led their respective regions in sales experience. Ford Alabang and Ford Sta. Rosa were recognized for service experience in Metro Manila and provincially. Individual awards for customer experience went to Justine Faith Lim from Ford Global City and Ruffa T. Maninantan from Ford Alabang.
