Ford Philippines and logistics giant DB Schenker have officially inaugurated a new state-of-the-art distribution center in Calamba, Laguna, marking a significant milestone in their five-year partnership. The facility, covering a vast 13,250 square meters, is more than twice the size of its predecessor and is set to enhance Ford’s after-sales service across the country.

Equipped with eight inbound and outbound docks, the center is designed for faster processing of vehicle parts, ensuring swift dispatch and delivery. Customers in Metro Manila can expect same-day delivery of parts, while daily shipments will be sent to Ford dealers across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. This expansion aims to significantly improve the availability of parts within Ford’s dealership network, ultimately boosting customer satisfaction.
Key executives from Ford Philippines and DB Schenker were present to celebrate the facility’s opening, underscoring the importance of the new center to Ford’s operations in the country.

In addition to the facility launch, Ford also introduced the Territory Assure+ program, designed to elevate the customer experience. This program includes express service, mobility support with loaner vehicles, improved customer support, and even free pickup and delivery services—making it easier than ever for Ford owners to maintain their vehicles.
With this new distribution center and the Territory Assure+ program, Ford continues to strengthen its commitment to delivering exceptional service and convenience to its customers throughout the Philippines.
