Having to deal with typhoon damage can be hard, especially when it comes to your car. Ford Philippines is offering a helping hand with discounts on parts and labor to make your repairs a bit easier.
The carmaker has started offering special discounts for vehicle owners who were hit by Typhoon Carina, giving a 20% discount on parts and a 10% discount on labor. These discounts are available at all Ford dealerships across Luzon and will last until the end of August 2024, helping owners fix their cars after the typhoon damage.
Joyce Laxamana, director of Ford's Customer Service Division, stated that the initiative aims to assist customers in managing the repairs necessary due to the damages caused by heavy rains and flooding. The offered support is one of the many ways Ford tries to make sure their customers have access to affordable services, especially when they need them most.
“We recognize that Typhoon Carina has caused damage to vehicles especially in areas affected by heavy rains and flooding. In light of this, we are extending special discounts on parts and labor to assist our customers, allowing them to get back on the road with confidence and peace of mind."
Ford encourages all affected customers to use their Online Service Booking tool on the Ford website to set up repair appointments, which makes it easy to book services from anywhere at any time, and customers get immediate confirmation of their bookings. They can also check the estimated cost for maintenance using the Service Price Calculator on the website, which helps them know the expenses upfront.
For customers who need towing services, Ford’s Emergency Roadside Assistance is ready to help. The service is available through their hotline and guarantees that customers who cannot drive their vehicles to the dealership still receive the necessary repairs.
